All immigration medicals are completed by Dr. Lewis or Associates, who is a Citizenship and Immigration Canada approved Panel Physician.
Dr. Lewis can communicate in Punjabi, Urdu, French, Spanish, Romanian & Italian.
Staff speak Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Hebrew, Dutch, and German.
Please bring someone to translate if you speak NO english.
5 IFH refugee appointments reserved per day by phone only.
All immigration medical exams will be carried out by Dr. Lewis' Associates fully accredited with IRCC and Immigration Canada.
Albion location offers appointments on Friday Evening and Saturday's Only. appointments are available online only - no telephone booking
Only medicals can be done at Albion. Any followup requests from IRCC for further testing must make a special appt for Dr Lewis in Malton after 13:00 on days that he is available and should be made by telephone only.
Appointments become available two weeks ahead of time. In the online booking portal, if the date is unavailable it means there are no appointments available. Please check back for appointments that open up from cancellations.
Recall Medical Appointments requested by immigration can only be booked by telephone,

Families of 4 or more will require 2 appointments on different days. Please call so we can accommodate your special requirements.
If you have no passport, make sure you have immigration approved ID with you.Details of approved ID's are in the FAQ section
When leaving you will be given an information sheet to enable you or your representative to track your progress with CIC. This sheet includes your photograph and case number.
If you have been given papers for TB surveillance on your arrival in Canada or have been asked by CIC to follow up your initial medical with more tests please make a separate appointment by phone. These services cannot be done during the sessions reserved for medical exams on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays mornings.
